1-When and how was Firewind was created?

I started the whole idea in 1998. I recorded some demos and sent them to labels. My demos got the interest of David Chastain and Leviathan Records. They asked me to submit more material and a couple of years later, I got my contract with Leviathan. David Chastain helped me to get the rest of the members, with the exception of Konstantine, who I brought in.

2-What the Firewind's lyrics are talking about? any subject in special?

Lyrical subjects differ on this album. They vary from fantasy stuff to real life situations.

3-How do call the Firewind's sound?

I think it's heavy metal with a more aggressive approach but at the same time very melodic.

4-What is the greatest audience you had?

I guess that must have been my performance at this yearns Wacken open air festival with Dream Evil. The people were really crazy about us there!!! An unforgettable moment!

5-Do you something about Brasil?

I know you have Sepultura and I know you also have great and very sexy girls haha!!! Oh yeah, and the best soccer team in the world, how could I forget that??!!!! (

6-Do you know any Brazilian heavy metal band?

I just mentioned Sepultura. I've also heard of Krisiun.

7-What are the five albums you like the most?

8-are you influenced by any bands and guitars players in special?

Yes, from Michael Schenker, Scorpions, MSG, UFO, early Manowar and great metal bands in general.

9-how was the receptivity from this new album?

So far, so good!! I think the album is doing great in Japan and Europe at the moment.

10- Do you have any solo project?

I'm also involved in Mystic Prophecy and a new death metal band called Nightrage.
